HYUNDAI SANTA FE WITHOUT DPF

hi,
I have santa fe 2,2 2007 year with dpf. Filter is blocked. I try to regenerate it with gds, but no help. I allso have santa fe 2,2 (12.2006 year) WITHOUT dpf. Is possible to read ecu flash from this car and write it to another car? Is it possible to change on that way software. I need to remove dpf.

i don't know but my 2 cents is to try but with before make a copy of the whole ecu by bdm . so you can roll back any bad operation .

I try to read this ecu by MPPS. But as I see after, that it not read all part(at first al FFFF). Is it OK? Or I can not use MPPS for that job.

Yes, for full read data need from BDM ... but I think that ECU hardware number will be different in two car ... maybe .

Yes, i have the MPPS V5. read good. write is complete but after starting car, heater coil on dashboard is going on and off. BDM no problem.

try to read both in bdm (single file) for recovery in case of problem. you can experiment. also, don't forget to update the injector id (bin file from 2006 car).

then you need good dpf off solution. Only manually
Ecusafe2 and Volta not working!

I find one solution, but it not good. DPF is now removed and NO error. I drive about 560km. But engine power is not the same, what was before. It is my first try to remove dpf. It is my car, so I can try and learn. If something goes wrong, I can rewrite orig. soft to engine ecu with gds. I done it allready. Can someone help me?
The easyest way is to buy file, but can someone tell me, how I can do it myself. I can pay for that information.
My location is Estonia, so I do not take from you you job!

Hi,
I load straki007 given file, but car not started at all. Even engine diagnostic warning lamp do not light any more. I am 100% sure, that straki007 fail is good. I think that problem was that straki change my orig. first post file, and I read it but I allready write with gds new software to engine ecu. Now I again rewrite with gds and car started again. Now I have new software. Can anyone tell me, where in this file is dpf part what I need switch off?

On friday I try 2 different solution. Now after 600km is almost engine work ok. Power is not bad, no dpf error. But when I start to drive, then come black smoke. And fuel average is 2 l more. Can someone help me.

Dpf off is bad, for free you will not get good working file.

It is my own car, not for business. Thats why I hope, that someone can help me. Straki007 allready help me for free, but unfortunately I rewrite before with gds my engine ecu software. Can you tell me, where in this file is dpf part?
If I need good file for businees, then no problem, I pay for that.
