When radio is powered on , display is ENTER CODE
then , when I type one digit , it become ENTER 5ODE , then ENTER 55DE , and ENTER 555E
and after the 4th digit , come in display ERROR , no way to type the 5th digit.

Yes,, fifth digit is CONFIRMATION of code, maybe bad dump,, try this (no tested).
