Hiace 2.4TD (2L-T) '99 immo off

Hi, Does anybody have working solution to remove immo from Toyota Hiace 2.4td 1999, engine 2L-T? All keys lost... Removed engine ECU but there is not any eeprom, only in immobox 93LC66.

Or if I change immobox + key, do I have to change this "EMISSION CONTROL" ECU also?

Or maybe somebody made some tricks with CUT-OFF solenoid in diesel pump? Just need to run the engine... Also immobilizer wiring diagram can be very helpful...
