my son has turned into a monster over the holidays and has started to become pc savvy and clever with passwords could some one point me in the right direction of some snooping tools so that i can still keep an eye on what he is up to cheers

you could try K9 which is a perental control software which once set up will only allow web access to sites that you determine as suitable.

Yea, do as dasteph says, control what they can access rather than snoop on what they're doing, afford your kids some privacy...

If however you still wish to spy on his activities, Radmin (http://www.radmin.com/) used to be my favourite tool that allowed for such a purpose..

Or you could install a keylogger and run it silently in the background. But this may be overkill, you dont want to follow kid's every step.
