Fiat Punto needle setup

Hello,
I have a Fiat Punto 2000 dash cluster. It had a dead HC908. now cluster is working i need to set needles. I dont have the car.
CAn anyone guide me on how to setup the fuel and temp needles? the speedo and tacho are easy.
Is there a test mode for these dashes that sets all pointers on 50% ?

i had the same problem and i solve it with the proxy alignment
