My mate has just given me his dm500c (clone) to have a look at because his is doing the exact same thing.
I've not had a chance to look at it yet, thought I might re-sweat the solder joints.
Will let you know when I get a chance.

Thank you,
My Dm500S don't reboot if the rj45 i not plug in or if there is no image (ethernet cable still plug in) or if the LNB is not connected (ethernet cable still plug in) do you think it's can be a probleme of the power supply in the DM500 ?

So if the ethernet cable is plugged in and the LNB is NOT connected, then it doesn't reboot?
The LNB gets it power from the box so it might be a short in the tuner or somewhere in the cabling. You'd really need to eliminate every variable one by one, replacing it and then testing to see if it stays up.
It's not really a common problem but 2 in as many weeks (mine and yours, although they may not be related, mine is a 500c and yours is a 500s) here might have been a dodgy batch made at the factory. But with it being different tuners...~~~~ I've got myself mixed up now lol.

Well I had a look at mine today, resoldered all the joints on the back of the board. Put it back toegether and it worked for about an hour, I thought I was onto a winner but then it rebooted on its own. I had a scart cable, cable feed and power connected, no other cables. Then it rebooted again after about 5 mins then again after another 2, then it blew the power supply module lol. And I wasn't even doing anything, not even changing channel, same channel all the time.
So that's going back to the seller lol. Ah well :(

At most I would think you'd get 1 years warranty so I think you've got a battle on your hands.
