Hello, i have two questions about this car.
1.- Are the km only stored in dash and bcu or there is other location where are stored?
2.- Has anyone done a Chevrolet S-10 2012 year or a Chevrolet Sonic? they both have bcu`s but i don`t know if can be programmed via OBDII like this car.

Hello!
1 => Cruze LT, LTZ, Brazil: KM stored in both.
Dash = EEprom 24c16
BCU = EEprom 24c16
2 => Sonic 2012 Brazil: KM only in BCU.
Dash = EEprom 93LC86CI
BCU = EEprom AT25160AN
3 => S10 2012 LT, LTZ Brazil: KM only in BCU.
Dash = EEprom ?????
BCU = EEprom 24c16
Diagprog-III can do New S10 2012 KM by OBD2.
I think have engine hours inside new S10 ECU !
Thanks: Kennedy-AFN - Brazil.

Just purchased a cruze. Do you have to program both or will the BCU reprogram the dash cluster?

If I am correct, so I changed to KM:
BCU New S10 LT, LTZ => Same location of KM GM Cruze in BCU.
BCU Sonic LT, LTZ => Same location of KM GM Cruze in BCU.
If I'm wrong, correct me.
Tomorrow 09.03.2012 I confirm my electrical workshop.
Thanks: Kennedy.

When i receive the first of theese i will try and tell if it works, AVDI thecnician told me there is no risk to damage BCU, if read km ok i will try to change ( will extract BCU first and read content to be protected)
