is it possible to turn off egr on fiat scudo 2.0jtd, y2010 whit siemens ecu? can someone help me?

how can i check that is turned off or no? now egr work ok, but i will turn it off.
other thing, is my file correct? it have to many "FF". i reade it whit galetto2 *can

your file is ok, i open with ecm titanium without problem.
to check if egr is off or on, upload file in ECU and with diag controls the parameters of the EGR
