TO GET ECM AND CALIBRATION COUNTS--
I had to uninstall, go back to 6.5 use keygen, install passwords and counts for ecm and calibrations, which stored somewhere on hard drive. Upgraded to 7.2 then used Insite 7.2.0.362 final:noted earlier in this thread. Follow those instructions. All counts and passwords retained. Hope this helps.

Posts 437 and 438 work fine. Also if you just use the .dll file and .xml file in 7.3 worked for me for 7.3. No more Feb expire.

Ibmman, you're right, it does work, now I had 3 laptop running Insite and they all stop last week. On 2 machine they above fix 437 does work ok but on 1 laptop I can't get it work properly. I now have pro plus active.

i've been having problems with 7.2 and 7.3. the pc id was locked to c713614b and never would change even after formatting hard drive. the keygen 6.31 would generate good key for everything on clean install of 7.3 or 7.2 but always had 2.17.2010 expire problem. i installed 7.0 today and the pcid changed and keygen worked and doesn't expire. i thought that was strange. anybody else have that problem?

autokg sells a crack that lets you change the date to any date you want . This is very good if you want to use an old incal disk . The new keygen may of cost $500 euro but it paid for it self the first week . even cummins can not use old incal disks

Can someone please explain what "Fleet Calibration" is used for? Is it for programming the ecm, what we would call "Flashing" on the Cat program. If so, where would one obtain the latest and greatest "Flashfile" for Cummins?

You are correct. You dont need a fleet cal, unless you change calibration numbers. ie: av10047.28 to say av10000.14 As long as the first part stays the same you are safe. The .14 ect is just the revision of the current file.


As for the calibrations, they come on whats called an incal disc. Be carefull they expire after 6 months.

Thank you for the code's. the first code I don't know what it is for. it may be for the install phase which i am past, I will keep it on file for later use if needed, as for the ECM code it was accepted and a count of 100. Thank you!

It will be a few days before I can make use of the password feature now active, since i won't be near any cummin's motors or the one i needed it for anyway till late this week or early next week. Again thank you and I hope this is all I need to make changes to PTO settings and Cruse top speed settings.

Also what is the default password cummin's uses in the ECM N-14 Celect Plus so I can set it to the default so someone after me can access the ECM as well

i had the same problem, you need to ask kaomde nicely for the pro level code and use pro instead of pro plus. pro level opens all features and parameters. i don't bother with pro plus now

like the speed limit, idle shutdown ,or transmition configuration..automatic or manual,,,youre engine works in a truck on highway or out highway...ect ect
any change that u whant to do in the ecm is lock out...if u whant to unlock ..insite works with keys ..in the case of ecm unloking u open zappit ...to unlock the ecm ...if u have an unlocking key the ecm is unlocking and after that any else people that whant to make any change in the ecm dont need an unloking key in the future...
other keys that here the DK friend give us are the fleet calibration keys ....always active 100 keys...thats mean 100 ecm to calibrated ....if u whant to change or upload the internal software of ecm...u need a fleet cal..pass and incal active dvd....
and about cpl thats reffer to governor control speed and emissions configuration...all is reffer to hp@rpm and inyectors pulse...and offcourse emssions control finaly.

About this emissions configuration , i have N14 celect engine which is euro2, is there any way to make it euro3?
For example if i use new incal calibration cd, injector timing and similar things to improve emisions standards.

yes it can be done if the same ecu is utilised, but it's a step backwards. in the case of daf lf's euro3 used bosch ecu's and euro 4 use motorala incorporating selective catalytic reduduction

OZ Flasher i have found singnatures here have CPL 8246 is ARD7/8 but one signature had CPL 8246 on the motor & 2834 CPL in ECM that CPL is CARB file & that motor goes very well makes big HP can i use it in any signature or do they have different injectors & cams. Thanks
