Renault Scenic Dash eeprom problem

Hello!
I have problem. Friend bought R-Scenic and carradio and cruise control don't work - not show on dash.
He have another Scenic and when he switched cluster it all work.
Now i made Copy from that witch work to that witch don't work. Now yust show me message on dash Error EEPROM something like that.
And i didn't save that eeprom yust rewrite with other one.
Can someone help me.
I need good dump for this cluster:
