FTP almost there just a little help plz

Received my dm 500c yesterday,
(read all tutorials that helped connect the box to pc)
Have loaded dw image and connected succesfully to dreambox edit and dreambox control centre.
Just finding it a little difficult to send nagrarom 7 to my box.
I can connect to telnet and ftp via dreambox edit and DCC, just dont know how to send my nagrarom from pc to dreambox.

just a simple case of connecting to the box navigating to var/scce and pulling the file over (nag 7) from the left side (your computer) to the right side (the dreambox in folder var/scce) and thats it tho its worth noting i use cute ftp so it may look a little different to you.

as stated by dreadfand navigate to var/scce then drag nd drop or right click on the narga rom file and press transfer

All done now, thanks to the final link you sent me.
I was complicating things a little for myself, however the simple guide worked a treat.
Back up and working ;-)
