hi again !
I have this car to tuned, the owner before used a POWER BOX in the car , but he get"s problems width the injector"s and he send the injectors for repairing and cleaning !
after that he put"s the powerbox again but the car don"t have the sames power !
So he cames to me to remap the car, but I can not get that remap efficiency that we know and we like !

what could it be wrong ?!
it is the hight fuel punp issue ?!
turbo is mechanical , I think there no sense in mod the boost maps !

the garage that fix and clean the injector"s say"s that at beginning the injector"s don"t have total efficiency !!!

How is IQ actually after your remap?

You should log with Lexia or PP2000 and see what is the actual injected quantity.

If it is according to your new torque limiter - then your injectors don't inject what they are ordered to.

If you get a lower value, then either your tune is bad or the maf sensor is bad. You can also check if whether or not you have missed any maps by simply tuning the injection duration maps and chechking performance.

in the last file I made , I increase 25%,27% the torque limiter!

If the problem was the high pump fuel , the car can't make rail pressure . If u log the rail pressure u can see if u have the request value. Sometimes the diesel filter is the problem ;)

the guy was using the power box again, I get a ride width the power box mount, and the mod map that I was made and look"s like there is no delivery fuel of the injector"s !
I take a log width the lexia, only width PP2000 to see the values in live data, MAF is good rail pressure only get"s 11180 bar"s this first log was made width the power box and the mod map that i made for 14000bar"s at 3000 rpm 80% "charge load" in rail !
them we take out the power box and get new data log and the pressoure in rail was the same before 11000bars!
no smoke at all !
I have mod the "torque IQ" to 63mmg and smoke limiter to the same value !
and mod other maps two !
if it was the pump the car makes a lot of smoke for shore!
ooh ! another thing the car uses the power box since 90000km"s and have now 224000 !
I only get the plug rele DTC ! nothing more !

another thing !
to log width citroen lexia I must enter the vin !
what car should I select ?!

Mate u have sure u find all maps u need to mod ? DW , TL , AFR "Smoke limiter" , Duration , SVBL , SVRL, that car have to do 1350bar and not only 1118 or 1100 .

I do not mod. sv boost and rail , but theres is no logic reason for only 1100bar"s !

what is the address for that ! in 500-319 ?!

does the glow plug relay , have influence in the fuel temperature sensor ?!
or the the fuel lift pump relay ?!

because is the only DTC I get !

anyone knows here the address for "TC" turbocharger wastegate regulating valve ?!
