Hello,

I have a big problem with DPF filter on a Opel Zafira 1.9 CDTI with EDC16C9 ECU.

Num. HW: 0281012549
Num. SW: 1037A50279

I have tried Ecusafe, but car has no power and rpm is limited to 2000 rpm.

Please help, Thank you.

DTC tables were deleted in both files, only the single values were a bit different :)
I did try to apply changed bytes from both of the files, but still no power...

After that I found a 12x1 torque limiter, set at 2000rpm and after that it started going, but still not at maximum power.

It works, but not at full power, I think there are still some torque limiters for limp mode.

But it still is hacking, because car is in Limp mode, with torque limiter removed...

Mate if u turn off DPF by switch don't need to delete dtc table , or even change the limpmode torque limiter.

I had same issue - Vectra C... with KTS i made "replace DPF", after that with ECUSafe, done. 10 000 km without problem ... DPF is physically removed, all sensors are still there.
I am not claiming that this is the right solution, but for me in this case is obtained...

Here is the file, with a modified 12x1 torque limiter.
Mind you - this is NOT a proper dpf off file and use it at your own descretion. This one should give you full power, but you should go to an expert for a proper file. Good luck
