DAS Xentry 05.2012 StartkeyCenter blocked

I installed DAS Xentry 05.2012 complete with Zolookas Guide 2h and everything is done good. But after finish installation there is no Xentry installed. When i try to open the Starutility StartkeyCenter it gives me error that tells Java envoirement ec. Can anyone tell me how to unblock or fix the error. With the blocked StartkeyCenter it is not possible to install the Xentry. it stop the installation.

Everything is not done, if it does not complete the installation all the way to the end with xentry being completed, startkeycenter will not work.Starkeycenter uses Xentry java to run, so it is not blocked.Use the old starutils to be able to change keys in this case, but there should be no need to change them.
