Got my original Skybox, upgraded, just keeps rebooting.

Hi, just got my original Skybox M3, upgraded firmware, and now it is rebooting all the time. Tanks for tips to fix this.
Box number 2 that I got, M3 too, does not have mgcamd installed...i should be...? How to install Mgcamd?
