I need it because there is an Ab. tuning on this ecu and i have to do another....

Tuning has nothing to do with immobilizer.
2 separate things.
If you want to put ECU in other car you can do immo off or adopt ECU to dash.

This Company make some corrections in the eeprom and you cant correct it without an original...
