Uncommenting SoftCam.Key partly

Hi guys,

I wanna find out how exactly SoftCam.Key uncommenting is working so I don't know what are the rules for SoftCam.Key file?
Is it possible to uncomment part of the keys in SoftCam.Key file this way but not just line by line:
