HBO HD tuner failed

Suddenly I'm unable to watch the HBO HD CHANNNELS as the tuner failed keep prompting.i tried all methods but unable to get it.other HD channels no problem.also the HBO sd channel no issue.need help.

only HBO HD channel is not working? It could be the wrong channel frequency set for HBO HD channel
