Piasini bootstrap,need help..

Hi,i have piasini 4.1 clone .
I have to read me 7.9.10 .
Look pdf and photo .Read pdf,need to put a point connected to blue wire "bootstrap". But in photo of clone cable pinout blue is "open collector".

which is right wire for bootstap?

Put blue point to ground via 1 - 2,2k resistor, and you don't need boot wire from piasini

Ok,but know wich is the right wire would be userfull.
