2003 Honda accord need help

I need to correct mileage on 2003 accord
have tacho universal 2008 but the diagram its not clear for me
my dash is identical like the one in attachment can someone explain me procedure step by step how to do it and what cable should I use
please

Nos on picture equal eeprom nos connect eeprom cable without clip in order 18273645 if you dont understand that then i cant help any further

what kind of explaination u need connect wire and read c56 or c66 and change according to calculation...with upa 5 min. job....

use the cable come with TU, 8 wires. board 9xcxx, solder following the point according the pic. that easy .man
