MB W210 water damaged Key, help to change memory

I have water damaged my W210(yr 2001) key, the problem is with remote, the car's start with key but the remote doesent work. I bought a similar key from fleamarket and now i want to change the memory chip from damaged key to new key. I dont know what i need to change on key's pcb to work with my car. Please help me.

Change the NEC chip at the widest end of the pcb
