hi can someone help me to read ibiza dash magneti marelli 9s12h I tray but every time faild,I know pin code but I cant add key ecu is locked and when I read key count it say 136,I left car all night with ignition on but same thing

Are you using BDM connections or OBD?
BDM should read with out problem.

Do not try with UPA-USB china to read 9S12 in Ibiza/Polo... it can damaged.
Read Eeprom from ECU and upload dump, your existing Pin should be wrong

Reading went ok,pin is ok but car don't accept pin,when I read key count with AD100 it say that in ecu stored 136 and in the dash 177 keys,I make key second key with tango but it can't start car

Not sure if applies, but with T-code/t300 you get wrong key count and pin reading when false system was selected.
can you get pin from ecu and compare and /or program with vcds'

this is dash dump only one key is stored I add second key with tango but new key cant start car I read ecu edc15 and pin is same as in the dash.
this car was stollen and now is back to owner I think that they change dash but they did not make good adaptation, I will tray to adapt second dash and make new key
