Hello mate, i think you can synch immo and ecu via OBD2, you can do it with T300 or similar tool, here the instructions:

Chrysler
Skim Reading
Skim read VPW
Special Functions
ECU change.

You are dreaming bro to think Tcode or such can do this job. The only tools are Chrysler dealer tools which i bet you do not have and boy are they expensive

hi, you can use a J2534 tool. if you change the ECU with a used one, must enter the new vin or the car wont start. If you change the skim, must reset the immobilizer also with the j2534. you can look up on D-K other threads that explain this process. hope this works for you.

Your right, changing VIN car starts, I made it with DRBIII, some professional scanners and key programmers can do it, otherwise must extract PCM eprom read and edit with VIN, but these PCMs are difficult to open.

Sorry to burst your bubble guys but I can bet you 100% that changing the VIN is not the solution. DRB3 does not just change VIN. It's more than that. There is a secret code it transfers from skim to ECU

Hi in order to start the car u have to match the vin from PCM with skim module u have to options 1 do the PCM with cardaq chage vin miles if not start erase immo and disconnect the skim 2 read the vin from PCM with any tool and write in the skim the car will start but I have some times problem with secret code but very few or if u have a drb 3 u can go to security then skim the miscellaneous then replace PCM but u need the pin code ps(over here in USA we don't have 05 Cherokee only grand Cherokee if is grand than u need witech or starmobile )

Why you tell about a thing if you dont know?, I have a DRBIII and made lots of swaps only changing VIN, Skim module reads Vin and PCM enables inyection and some others starter too. SKIM module transfers data of course but I had start lot of cars only with Vin change, go to Miscelaneus, Vin read and DRBIII ask is correct Vin? if not you can modify then enter, turns off ignition for 10 secs and is all. You can doit by PIN too, in SKIM funtions.

Luis 12 is absolutely right. You can do this procedurer even with a T300 if you got a working type 2 adapter for chrysler.

M8 in ECU Vin is in 000174 to 000174(1J8GLN8712W247332)
in SKIM is in 0000c0 to 0000d0 (1J4GLN8772W303839)
I recomend you to change in ECU to keep Skim intact, compare Skim Vin with Vin phisical of car, I can edit for you but better if you practice in programming, edit whit same programmer tools, good luck and report.
