Rumor has it, that if you google INFERIOR websites you will find *MILLIONS* of results.
As here at M-H-M we don't use INFERIOR websites, we have no idea.
Now, if on your model, there is NO relay in the fuse box - hence reason for starting a new thread? - then what you do is this:-
1) Strip the ENTIRE car looking for the wash/wipe wiper control module
charge costomer for the 3 hours spent.
2) *SORRY* classified information - cut the 'wire' that makes the
wipers stop - work normally, just no park
3) Slam your body down, rip the trafficator and wiper stalks off,
and go "Oh yeah, Meat-Head was right about the dry joint on the relay
INSIDE the switch, i'll press his rep botton & thanks botton" :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

Yeah, if there no relay behind the passenger head light, then it's built into the switch.
*THINK* all the relay under the hood does is just for the parking.

Nissan Micra (2000-2003) Wiper Switch | eBay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-Micra-2000-2003-Wiper-Switch-/190728578116?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3AMicra&hash=item2c684f2444)

OOOPSEY.
Oh it's one of them.
Right, sit inside the car, yank the left A pillar off, then the right A pillar, then use your nails, to lift the TOP section of the dashbaord, you will see the body control module laughing at you.
go to scrapyard and download one, plug it in - see if cures the fault.
IT WILL NOT START with wrong module in, then ask Z to swap the EEPROM over/copy it.

Right, part of the wipers is controlled by the BCM, but the donkey work is done by the ipdm.
It could also be the switch at fault.
but the last one we had - at M-H-M When i was on Vacation ended up at Nelson Mandellas, ?1000 later, new underdash, new under hood, second hand switch and a VERY VERY VERY BIG argument later.
Fixed.

Ealy k10 & k11 micras had the relay problem but I dont know exactly where k12 relay location is!
I am trying to download your wiring diagram but I dont know if I will still be alive by the time its done

Beware 0n These Models....
On current platform Nissan vehicles, there is another "hidden"
fuse location under the bonnet, specifically:
.
. Micra (K12) - 2007 to 2010 (below left h/lamp)
This link shows some pictures & info but not of micra location

Lots of threads discuss how switching indicators on switches of wipers but too much crap yap to find clear conclusion
Does yours have rain sensor?

OFF TOPIC
This is one of those moments that you realize that if you want to do an easy job complicated there is always someone way ahead of you...
In order for those wipers to start and stop wiping. In the old days, one could get away with 2-3 wires,a switch, and a timer relay, and that was complicated!!!
ON TOPIC
On micra when customer want to use the wipers....is much easy.quite a bargain,Switch tells BCM that you wanna wipe,BCM talk to IPDM via CAN and if everything is ok IPDM starts the wiper with an internal relay...
Is time to guess what happens when CAN network has a malfunction...
You're right!wipers start wiping or,don't stops anymore
do a scan on CAN see if u1000(think) appears
might be just the relay inside ipdm....

l did go into the bcm unit and operate the wipers from my scanner but the interment wipe didnt work ? just continuous wipe in that mode even tho there is an option to test intermediate

Nope, that test lets you check relays in ipdm, yeap, two speeds ,two relays,...did you found DTC U1000 stored in BCM??or IPDM??

Well I looked through some of your manual but theres a hell of a lot to look at and most is not clear & concise
Heres part of it
Power is supplied
l through front wiper main relay and front wiper HI/LO relay and
l through IPDM E/R terminal 23
l to front wiper motor terminal 3.
Ground is supplied
l to front wiper motor terminal 1,
l through body grounds E25 (CR engine models), E26 and E40.
With power and ground are supplied, the front wiper motor operates

no codes in there but is wasnt playing up when it came in , she came back today and it was doing it but didnt have time to put scanner in,,
u think code would not be in memory if the fault wasnt there ?

if she stops car and restarts the wipers are off , they come back on when driving , but not all the time

I think the wiper main relay may be in the IPDM
Generally on most wipers with bcm in circuit the circuit starts with park switch at the motor then to main relay (in your case possibly inside IPDM) then to main wiper circuit supply fuse 12v which power up stalk switch & bcm usually 5v
If for some reason that park signal doesn't constantly supply one part of circuit intermittent & slow may not function

this is eighter a relay that gets stuck every now an then or a CAN failure....

This is copy\paste
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION
When CAN communication with other control units is impossible, IPDM E/R performs fail-safe control. If the
fail-safe system is operating, front wiper low speed operates when the ignition switch is turned from OFF to
ON or ACC and front wiper are stopped when the ignition switch is turn from ON or ACC to OFF. If the fail-safe
system is operating, front wiper does not operate when the combination switch is in any position. After CAN
communication recovers normally, it also returns to normal control.(Refer to PG-19, "FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION

Spot on! me and my spelling ...
Yeap that will usually log a fault but not necessary, and there is no point asking about the head lights as most cars have DTRL
