Alfaromeo 159 1.9 JTD M chip problem

Hi.

I'm read my car with galletto on obd (1 hour) and tune with ecm2001.

The turbo presure not increases the setted value. I'm set 1.6, the car working 1.4 (default value in readed file)

What the problem? Any map not tuned, ecm driver error?

Your SVBL is set to 1,5 bar.So you can not get 1,6 bar.There is also a turbo pressure map/atm press., which is also set to 1,5 bar.
You must to modify both.SVBL is 1E17F6 and the boost limiter map/atm is 1E15F6(16X16).Must read EDC 16 tuning guide first.
ECM 2001 is useless for your car.

Easy way is ECM Titanium for this car.But the right way is Winols and read this before start.

What the ols and damos file? I have any file from this. Ols file display me the maps name and recognized the map from binary file ?

This car have much turbo pressure limiters. For absolute and relatative pressures, but all limiters are to 1.5 bar :) You have two Desired boost pressure maps. For normal mode and in regeneration.

I have tuned much 159 alfa with this engine and 1.6 bar is good pressure for tuning :)

Titanium is a tool for who don't know how to tune a car . But is a good tool to find some maps ;)

I'm tune my previous car with 6.3 ecm
(diesel edc15 vag AL pd 131hp) working with setted parameter.
Ecm shit(6.3, tit.) for edc16 or random working(any car workin, any not working)?

Open the Alfa dump, found too mach map. I'm need similar OLS file to recognize map?

I will help you for find limiters tomorow! ECM is big shit! Open your file in Winols and try to find all maps. Then send me your ols and i will correct or add maps :)

Forget ecm. Do all manualy in winols... you need to properly modify 20+ maps for a decent tune.
