Is there any chance to revive: ECU ME7.6.2 - Opel Astra H, Z14XEP after wrong flash. "No connection with this number!" after all... No ID, no CAN with the other modules, in 1 word - "dead" http://www.ecuconnections.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

It's not a huge problem to change it, it's a big problem to find it in my area...
So no chance?

Not the same, but I had an multec H bricked (never know what happened) with original KessV1...

I tried with KESSV1, MPPS, Galleto 1260, MAPPRGO clone, KWP2000..and finally with KWP2000 plus with an old Delco Diesel model... it finally conect, but didn?t write (som error), buuuut I tried again with KessV1 and worked...now it?s OK

So my advice is keep trying with all your tools even if it doesn?t work first time.

agree to the above - I had a bad experience with an M1.5.5 that decided to self destruct on writing (I know it's a different family of ecu but stick with me it's one of those hybrid boards) - no genuine tool of mine could write it, i feared the worst - guess which tool wrote it in the end without complaint?

Galletto 1260.... ?20 off ebay, I tell thee now, spend many a grand on tools and you gain my respect but keep a galletto in the bottom of your toolbox and you might one day be glad!
