Fabia AUB... no idlle

Hello. A motor Fabia in 2001 AUB, I idle. If you hold over 2000 rounds go. Error codes not so, and if you remove the EGR connector "spin" like a cat. I put the new EGR, same prob. For gas flow does not affect the EGR put your old jack and stopped. The flap is adjusted, EGR and it's OK (on channel 75 though). I do not know what I'm doing. A suggestion to you would be well received.

Have you checked the MAP Sensor if its not dirty........its located in inlet manifold............

If you remove the EGR plug goes in 800 laps. When you plug in the EGR bag, MAP instantly gives me about 800-900 mbar, about 10-12% throttle opens and stops pain. Horror began this morning at startup

if you have inlet pressure 800-900mbar there are only two possibilities - bad pressure sensor or leakage on inlet - you must hear it

No plug to EGR, MAP displays about 200-300 mbar. Motor runs perfect, but when put to the EGR plug, MAP displays 800-900 mbar and stops. Stops "cough".

I pulled out and plug in the MAP, VCDs displays about 92 mbar. Same problem.

EGR potentiometer value is correct? did you EGR test with VCDS? other parameters are correct?

It could be your EGR valve is shorting to ground................

The EGR valve is NEW! same problem...In channel 74 (on VCDS) SYSTEM OK!
