Hi all.
We all store the cars part number and ecu's software number.
What about the part number of the ecu itself ?
I want to find out the actual part number marelli gave to 5sf , 5sm , 5AM and 59m ecu's. Whether the 5sf would be fitted to a fiat or a ducati the actual marelli part number should be the same ? correct ?
In winols we have
ECU NUMBER - fiat part number
ECU NUMBER ECU - number marelli gave to ecu - this is what iam looking for
ECU SOFTWARE VERSION- i guess this is the software layout and map number in one
ECU SW VERSION- Apparently some ecu's have long software numbers or more than one.
Im trying to clean up my database so please any tips or suggestions welcome. Maybe some ecu pictures showing numbers would help this thread
