Immo off IAW8P.16

I need immo off to this ecu:
Magnetti Marelli
IAW8P.16
9630699180

I think I have to read the MCU - 68HCP11. My doubt is if I just do Immo off in the ECU and it unlock for any car.
(Do I need to cut any wire?)
