Hi Guys,
I have a Astra 1,7d here. Car refused to start, the problem was the regular edu soldering points problem. I resoldered all joints, and now car starts and idles fine. New problem came, car has no power at all.
There is no dtc in ecu, nothing.
I checked vacuum hoses to turbo pressure regulator, from regulator to turbo, everything is fine. Requested boost is about 150kpa measured is about 125, but car is way too weak.
Can there still be a problem with edu?
Thank you in advance.

I agree more likely to be maf or boost valve/lines What sort of tool are you scanning it with? can you see live data?

I'm using op-com and opel-scanner. Both are fully functional, can show live data.
I'm connecting another edu this afternoon, to make sure it not edu causing the problem.
Boost valve is ok. If I disconnect vacuum hose from turbo (which causes no wastegating), I can achieve only about 1.22- 1.25 bars in the manifold. There is some visible smoke. Timing is ok, just has been checked.

Swirl flaps can cause obstruction with boost pressure but I dont think your engine has them? What engine code & year?
low fuel supply pressure can cause low boost simply because engine cant rev due to starvation but if you can red line it that should be ok.

Have you tried disconnecting the exhaust, could be a blocked cat?

Thank you guys for the support, it was the maf sensor. It wasn't so bad to trigger dtc, but it gave false data to ruin the performance of the car badly.
Thanks again
