Can anyone please help!
Brand new s11 out of the box, plug it in and it lights up and goes 'boot'. Plug in hdmi, no probs. plug in Ethernet, no probs. the moment the sat cable touches the screw in point the box shuts down and is blank. Won't even light up again until that cable is out then turns on again.
I've done NOTHING but the above, no updates nothing, straight from the box????!!!!
