which tool to read/write 27C010

Hi my friends i need read/write 27C010 chip to copy a bifuel map for VW GOL GLI.

i have UPA/XPROG/EZOFLASH.

How can i read this chip?

2 adaptors, one for 24c/29c and the another one (i cant remember specs).

don't know about upa, ezoflash yes.
