In control unit adaptation ,variant coding, select maximum speed limiter for non eu, after this put your speed value 30 km/h to 161km /h.
no need developer for this ecu

Yes you are correct.
I miss read the first post EDC 15.

I refered to 906 EDC16 sprinter where developer is required.

you can do it just by edit your flash file ...
it's actually set to 93 miles
