willem programmer-95040

hello,sorry if this is posted in the wrong section...but i need to no if the willem can program the 95 family of ic...(micro)...the ic arnt listed on the menu,but im sure ive read somewhere that it can be done....ive got the soic8 adaptor...but i just need to no if it can do the 95 and 90 family..

Yes, 95040 same>> 25040.

thanks for the reply...i have checked on the menu,and cannot see 95 listed...i am sure i have seem that to read 95 family,you set willem to 25 family.and read from there...i have tried this,but no joy...

What "90 family" do you mean? If is 93cXX of course willem does!

as you can tell,my experience is not that good with the willem as i am still learning and practising..i have removed a 95040,and tried to read it....but im getting FF.i try to modify it and program it and it programs but gets a erroe at the end,so i think the 95040 is faulty,maybe from removing..

My willem I same built and it works fine...
Try with other god eeprom as 24c02, 93c46, it need read and write fine.
Test the connections, clear the soic adapter and the device eeprom terminal with alcohol.
Check the correct Slot to correspondent eeprom in the willem image.

thanks for that,i will give it a wipe with alcohol and see what i get...as for the "90 family"....i meant 95 family.now i understand the logic of the menu..
