Will there be any new Youtube for iPad on IOS6.0 , Currently there are similar apps like youtube e.g. Jasmine for iPad, any idea on any official launch?

safe to upgrade but you will need to download the new youtube app from app store (its free) if you want youtube on ipad

Its safe to upgrade unless you have a jailbreak, then you will lose it.
