Hi all,

I have been struggling for the past couple of weeks trying to get my head around how to enter biss keys into constant.cw. The video on youtube is useless, and i have read through the forum here and on other sites and still can't get my head around it.

I have the keys for pltv on 10e but realy hoped someone could PM to help input it, or better still PM me the format so I can upload to constant.cw by USB.

I reall yhave tried to do this myself but this has got me stuck!

Thanks in advance.

the lan manager program has help files on all encryption types supported by the box,including constant.cw files you enter the biss keys in.

constant.cw Format:

# caid:provid:sid:pmtpid:ecmpid::cw
for example:
2600:000000:1f06:1eec:1fff::01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0a 0b 0c 0d 0e 0f 10
caid = 2600
provid = 000000
sid = 1f06
pmtpid = 1eec
ecmpid = 1fff
cw = 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0a 0b 0c 0d 0e 0f 10
the sid and pid have to match the channel you want to watch.
You need 1 line per channel.the pmt pid is just the vpid

Thanks for this Slugworth, that all makes perfect sense now...no more staring at a black screen! :idea:

eurasian biss must be different than the one on 30w,because when they tweaked the firmware for lan support back in may 2011,30w biss stopped working.
If I want to watch biss on that sat I have to revert back to the 4-4-2011 firmware
