HI there

I got a refurb dell latitude w/xp and have tried installing cat et 2009,2010 and 2010

after each install I open ET and it says "license error contact xxxxx@cat or call xxx-xxx-xxxx" then I click on enter key and I get the same error.

side note, cat sis shows no code, its blank so I can't create a key.

I install ET it gives me trouble and then I am using Revouninstaller then trying another year, same issue.

any thoughts

thanks,
josh

Could be "CrapKey" error, I mean CrypKey. Have You tried to make a new windows installation.

I have the keygens for 2010 and 2011, I know the older 2009 had a cryp key thing,

got too much loaded to clear it and start over, not a big deal I have another pc that cat et works fine on

ET and SIS uses CrypKey as protection, if you have a corrupt installation you will get a corrupt Site Code, sometimes just uninstalling and reinstalling the CrypKey service fixes that, but sometimes you'll need to make a new windows installation and start over...
