super vag k+can plus 2.0 update fail at 12%

Hi I tried updatimg my super plus vag K+can
the other night and it stopped about 12% of
the way through, now it just keeps

I have disabled my antivirus software,
and tried the slow option,try with another computer
but nothing seems
to work, does anyone please know what can I do now??

try the slow update or another laptop .Try go x-horse.com ,the offical forum for help .
