I already use OTOCHECK file for 29F400BB but no joy.

You need to read eeprom inside the ecu and post here.

Ok finaly solved.
First of all mod only flash 29f400 is not enough!
Read both flash 29f400 and eeprom 95040 than use otocheck for flash and eeprom, write dunmps back and car starts immediately.
