How too ... ...dash .. kms * 10 >hex ..inverted ... xor FF FF FF for compliment ..(thats what you look for in BSI )..

BSI .. find above compliment .. and either FF FF FF it .. or work out the actual kms that should be in there .. the former is easier to do .. for you ..
