U have to pull out plates holding the switches on both sides... not so easy... i'm using plastic tool from snap-on which is perfect. After that, U'll see the screws.. and go on...

Plastic plates with switches, u mean for climate control and radio ? And other side there is a aircon vent ?

thanks a lot for your help mate, really appreciate it, just figured out american odyssey is different than the one we have here , we have the european models i think they are different like the accords, but accords have same interior , these odysseys even the interiors are different

Maybe some pics can help?? Dash and area around? Could be same as emerican MDX? or something....
