Hi Guys,

I've recently set up and a NeoSat 9900 HD box and I?m currently using my existing Sky Dish cables etc.

After obtaining a one day free trail test ccam server I set it all up and only have access to UK Sly channels.

The ccam cam site provide me with 3 ccams to try and out of the 3 only one of them worked even thou I added all 3 , the one that worked provided me with all the sly channels.

Could someone tell if I have a sly dish can I pick up channels/sats such as hotbird canal etc as the ccam site does offer them all however I?m unsure if these can be picked up via a fixed sly dish or do I need a motorized dish to get the lot?

Also when adding ccam can I add more then one as when I do only one of the ccam seems to connect at one time? I?m thinking the 3 ccam that were provided to me probably have all the euro channels two however may be the fact that I have a fixed dish I've carried out a ping test and I get a reply from them all.

Any help would be appreciated
zee

you need a motorised dish for the other sats, or a fixed dish system that allows for several satellites using a dish and lnb holders

a receiver usually uses only 1 line at a time and can sometimes be set to use the best line with the lowest ecm by priority settings. 1 good line is better than 3 bad ones however
