key for seat ibiza 2002 model with 48 crypto

hi.i have seat ibiza 2002 model with immo problem.when the key is light on dash car don t start.in dash with vag com found 3 problem.01128 immobilaizer pick up coil
01176 key signal too low and third01314 engine control module no communications.
the client have change the coil antena in start.but the same.
now maybe i think the key have problem or dash?
the key i read with zed and says
48 megamos crypto magic 2
how i can make third key to try if have problem the key?with effi or zedbul ican ?and what chip i need?i take pin from dash or ecu?or the dash have problem?what is your opinion?and with the 2 keys make problem. the ecu is 036906034ah marelli.thanks

you will have to program a 3rd key via obd with a T6 id 48 chip you cant clone these . most programmers will pull the pin if alls ok with the car . zedbull with vag lead will do this , mvp pro , a host of chinese stuff or abrites .

with zed bull clone i must read the ecu or dash and make key to start?or precode and with vag com with code i can programmed?thanks

i have seen this problem a few times can you get in to the ecu to read the faults as it sounds like it is faulty
