2006 jetta backup key adjusment fail!

hello I have a customer car yesterday evening brought car came to work I'm doing a spare key came across an article on the (immobilizer adjusment failure ) now its key is not working How can I fix this article zedbull ad100 I've got Why was it always my job I do not understand What is this error need urgent help please
I waited for 3 hours ignition is switched on no change :(

Hello,
1) this dump is for engine ecu which u loaded it here (06A 906 033 EN) 1.6L, not for dash.
2) my friend about (VW GROUP) plz don't use.......tools,just spacial tools to read pin or to adapt keys or.......
3) so for now if u need we can do your dump off to start the car,till u ficks your dash.

haroutioun hi I've got immo off file but all the lights are on and the trip computer does not work I wanted to fix it I need an indicator does not 1000 euro service :( :(

did you say vag com i have seen this one before immo off with the dash wiped i had to re write the dash to get the lights out it was messy have you got the back up logs it would of saved when you logged in
