Hi there,

I have a query concerning the 'Dreambox 7020Si PVR.'

I was wondering:

1. If this box supports analogue satellite broadcasts as well DVB-S? (Or is there simply one DVB tuner built-in?)

2. Is the included modem an an analogue POTS modem which makes connections over a regular phone line?

3. Does the Ethernet socket allow internet connectivity besides connecting to a PC/ LAN for file transfer?

I would be grateful if anyone can help!

Hi,

Answering yor concerns:

1. No, you cannot use the 7020 for analog satelite reception.

2. The modem is a plain standard POTS modem, that you can use to connect to the internet, if you have a dial-up account elsewere.

3. The Ethernet port allow all sort of connectivity, you just need tho install the right plugin's
