I was under the impression that the eeprom was 2k, ie. 0..7FF. So whats this about ??

looks like an error with tachosoft. I have done loads of these and the hex has always been in a "block", Fairly easy to see it just by looking at the dump.

tachosoft counts well. but does not match local.
