He was asking what type of ECU you've on this car. A P28 or P30.

It should be a one of the above. You can use ostrich (hardware) and neptune or similar to tune. There is alot of options on the market for Hondas.

this car on picture is b18c4 engine, ecu is p72 or something like that, you can't chip that ecu so get p28 (d16) or p30 (vti) and even old p06 can be converted to p28, then chip that, its simple 27c256 eprom, for software editing use chrome

take a look on this web site.
PGMFI.ORG - Grassroots ECU Development - Library . IntroductionToECUChipping (http://wikitest.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin/view.pl/Library/IntroductionToECUChipping)

First you have to check what ecu you have, you can only modify P28 or P30,
if you have OBD2 ecu you have to buy P28 or P30 ecu and OBD2 to OBD1 plug converter.

for this car no need for converter, ecu connector is allready OBD1

First you need to buy P28 ECU ! its like $100 on ebay
Second you need to fit socket to that ecu if not allredy done, not only socket but few other parts.
Third download chrome http://www.tunewithcrome.com/, get basemap for b18c4 and start with that
or find some of alleready made rom's there are quite good spoon chips that lower vtec to 4800 rpm etc..
write bin to 27c256 eprom with willem and fit into sockek.
