C5 EDC15C2 3 plugs ECU locked

Hello, hope somebody can help.
I got problem with these locked ECU for C5 2,2L HDI engine 4HX.
Pin is well known even I tried to change PIN but still ecu is locked.
In PPS2000&lexia ECU is matched with BSI, but always ECU is locked. I reprogram key with no problem but without success. BSI accepts code.
Dump is in attachment.
Is it possible that flash is corrupted?
Ecu - responds to diagnostics.

what was the problem to start with these suffer badly from wiring issues does it have abs faults.?

i had one of these last year where the wiring behind the battery box had chaffed through (you will have to remove the battery and box to see it) the outer casing on one wire and ithad almost shut the whole car down,

Yes it does have the ABS fault.

what is the ABS fault? CAN bus between BSI and ECU goes through ABS control module...

check the loom behind the battery box where it runs along the bulkhead/inner wing.

After checking almost any wire no success!
Can somebody make ECU total off please?
