1998 AUDI A4 TDI immo off please

i removed B58253 chip and used immo killer to remove immo.
i have wellon programmer which couldnt prog b58253 so i got a used 24c02 and wrote immo off and resoldered but car not start can someone do immo off please or what am i doing wrong..??

Immo killer not working good on those ECu.
If file above does not work ,Here is your file off , 99.9% works.

Today I had same ECU on the bench.On hex adress 65 and 82 write value 60 you will have immo off
