AUDI BOSCH MED7.5

Hi Guys
Just got an AUDI A4 1.8t gasoline with ME7.5(0 261 207 936)(8E0 909 518 AC) and the ecu has is missing the flash chip.What i need is the flash file for this ecu and the ic number to put in,29f200 or 29f400?.
